Version 0.12.0

• feat: add asResponse() method to HTTP errors (36f8232)

  HTTP errors now supports the method .asResponse() which allows HTTP errors to be more easily sent to a client. When a request is supplied as an option to the method, content negotiation will be used to determine the format of the response body, with the prefer option given preference to a format during negotiation.

  BREAKING CHANGE Because of this, previously HTTP errors took the headers option on construction as well as instances had a .headers property. This has been removed, and a headers option can be instead passed to the .asResponse() method.
